At LegacyTress, we value both your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations and respect for everyone’s schedule, the following late fee policy is in place:
- Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. Please arrive within this window to avoid fees.
- Late Arrival Fees:
- 10-15 minutes late: A $10 late fee will be applied to your total service cost.
- 15-30 minutes late: A $20 late fee will be applied, and the duration of the appointment may be reduced to accommodate other clients.
- Over 30 minutes late: The appointment will be automatically canceled and considered a no-show. A no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged.
- No-Show Fee: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
- Rescheduling and Cancellations:
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalties.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service.
