Payments and Balance Policy

 

At LegacyTress Braiding Salon, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all of our clients. Please review our payment and balance policies to ensure a smooth transaction during your visit:

  1. Payment Upon Service Start
  • All clients are required to make full payment once the service begins. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (e.g., Cash App, Zelle, etc.).
  1. Prepayment for Leaving the Salon
  • If you need to step out of the salon during your appointment for any reason, you are required to pay in full before leaving. This ensures your appointment is secured, and there are no disruptions to the service.
  1. Deposits for Special Services
  • For certain services, including travel services or appointments that require extra preparation (e.g., custom braiding styles), a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be applied toward your final service balance.
  1. No Partial Payments
  • We do not accept partial payments for services. All balances must be settled in full before leaving the salon after your appointment.
